Q: Can you tell me a bit about your company?

A: We have more than 16 years's experience in clothing, and we have 6 designer and 10 pattern makers, we can custom your own design for you, and provide mockup to you to confirm the sample effect you want. MOQ: 50pcs per color per style, can mix 3-5 sizes. Customization: fabric, color, size, label, tag and bag. We need about 10-15 working days to make sample, then about 30 days to make the bulk. We do 3 times QC to make the goods is good before shipment.

Q: Do you have a factory audit report?

A: Yes, we have a complete factory audit report covering production qualification, quality control system, production capacity and social compliance. I will send the official document to you via email/attachment right away. Our factory has strict production standards for high-end women's dresses, and the audit fully meets the high-end custom production requirements, which can fully guarantee the quality and delivery of your custom orders.

Q: How do you ensure the quality of your products?

A: All raw materials undergo IQC (Incoming Quality Control) before production. Every product goes through 3 inspections: during production (workshop QC), after finishing (ironing final check), and before packaging (QA/QC team audit). Defect rate is controlled below 3%. In the unlikely event of defects (caused by our production), we offer free replacements or partial refund. We also provide pre-shipment sample confirmation you can approve the product before mass production to avoid any surprises.
